1. About This Policy

AIRYZONE is operated by AIRYZONE Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). This policy explains how we collect, process, use, and protect your data when you use the AIRYZONE official website, AIRYZONE Life App, management interface, and City Cup services.

If an activity or feature has additional data-use information, it will be provided on the relevant page and will apply together with this policy.

2. Data We Process and Its Purposes

Depending on the services you use, the data you provide, and the permissions you grant, we process the following data to the extent necessary:

Account data: Account identifiers, display names, and necessary information provided by sign-in services, used for authentication, account management, and security.

Location and activity data: Location, activity times, distances, stay records, and interactions with wireless devices, used for life records, device status reporting, and related activity features.

Health data: Depending on the feature and your authorization, steps, distances, activities, heart rate, sleep, workout records, and similar data are read to display records, perform analysis, or verify activities you choose to use.

Chat and interaction data: Messages, conversation participants, sending times, reports, and related evidence, used for messaging, safety checks, and dispute handling.

Device and usage records: Device identifiers, system and App versions, push notification identifiers, permission status, connection records, and error records, used to operate services, deliver notifications, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse.

Support and activity data: Information you provide when contacting us or participating in activities, used to answer questions, handle requests, and provide activity services.

Basic life-recording features do not necessarily require a Life account. However, being signed out does not mean that no data is transmitted: features such as device registration and status reporting may still process necessary device and location information.

3. Device Permissions and Data Transmission

AIRYZONE Life uses location, health, Bluetooth, notifications, and other system resources needed for its features according to the permissions you grant. When background location is enabled, the App may continue to record or report relevant information while it is not in the foreground.

Some records are stored on your device. Features that require server processing also transmit necessary data. For example, device status and wireless-device reports may include location information, while AI analysis and City Cup verification transmit the data required for those features.

You can manage permissions in the App or your device settings. Disabling necessary permissions may prevent related features from working. Revoking permissions affects future data access but does not automatically delete data already stored or transmitted.

4. AI Features

We use OpenAI for some AI analysis and text interpretation features.

When you use AI analysis, summaries of the activity or health data needed for the analysis are sent through our servers to OpenAI to generate results. Some chat text may also be used for safety analysis or interpreting statements about life activities. Filtering data or removing some identifying information does not make it fully anonymous; it may still contain information about you.

We may retain necessary analysis inputs, results, and execution records to maintain the service and troubleshoot issues.

When personal data is provided to a third-party AI service, the data categories, purpose, and recipient must be clearly disclosed before transmission, and the necessary explicit consent must be obtained. This policy does not replace the separate disclosure and consent required for that feature.

AI results may be inaccurate and are provided for general information only. They are not a basis for medical diagnosis, treatment, or other professional judgments.

5. Chat Services

Chat messages are stored on servers to provide message delivery and conversation history. The chat service does not currently use end-to-end encryption.

Messages may undergo automated safety checks to prevent fraud, abuse, and other violations. Authorized personnel may also access relevant data to the extent necessary for maintenance, support, report handling, or legal requirements.

Other conversation participants may save or forward messages themselves. Deleting an account or message cannot guarantee deletion of copies already saved by others.

6. Personal Cloud Backups

Depending on your device and available features, you can choose to back up data to your own Google Drive or iCloud. These backups are managed separately from account, chat, and other service data on our servers.

Backup and restore do not mean that different devices synchronize automatically. Before restoring or creating a backup on a new device, check which existing backup you want to keep.

Deleting an AIRYZONE account does not automatically delete backups in your personal cloud storage. You can manage them through applicable App features or your cloud service settings.

7. City Cup Activity Data

When you use City Cup, we process account links, divisions, registration status, document versions, consent records, and the workout data needed for the activity.

Outdoor workout verification may use location points and times. Health-platform workout records you select and upload may include activity type, times, distance, workout duration, and source identifiers. This data is used to confirm results, prevent duplicate or misappropriated records, handle appeals, and compile activity outcomes.

Registration fields, payments, data recipients, and retention rules for each activity are governed by that activity's personal-data notice and service information.

8. Third-Party Services and Processing Locations

To provide services, we and our commissioned service providers may process your data to the extent necessary, including:

Google and Apple: Third-party sign-in and the personal cloud backups you choose.

Firebase / FCM: Push notifications and related service verification.

OpenAI: AI analysis and text interpretation.

Cloud hosting and other necessary service providers: Data storage, service operation, and security maintenance.

Some of our server data is stored and processed in Japan. Third-party services may process data in other countries or regions. The actual scope depends on the service you use, your account settings, and the provider's published data-processing information.

We provide necessary data according to service purposes, your authorization, commissioned service relationships, or legal requirements. If there are additional purposes, we will provide further notice as required by law and obtain consent where necessary.

9. Website Cookies and Connection Records

Websites may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain sign-in sessions, protect forms, and record browsing statistics. City Cup traffic statistics use randomly generated visitor identifiers; those statistics do not directly record accounts or IP addresses.

Websites and servers may separately retain connection records containing IP addresses, request times, and paths for operation, security, and troubleshooting.

When a website loads external fonts or other third-party resources, your browser also connects to that service.

You can manage cookies in your browser. Disabling them may affect sign-in or some website features.

10. Retention and Data Security

We determine retention periods based on data purposes, the need to provide services, dispute handling, and legal requirements:

You manage local data through the App or device settings.

Personal cloud backups are managed through your chosen cloud service.

Account, chat, and activity data are retained for the period necessary to provide the related services and handle necessary matters.

Diagnostic, security, report, and support records are retained as needed for issue handling and review.

City Cup raw workout evidence is handled according to the deadlines and cleanup conditions published for the activity. Registration records, result summaries, document consents, and necessary audit data may have different retention periods.

When data is no longer needed or its retention period expires, we will delete it, stop processing it, or take other appropriate measures in accordance with applicable law. Backup copies may be removed through backup update and cleanup processes.

We take security measures appropriate to the nature and risks of the data to limit unauthorized access. If a personal-data incident requires notification by law, we will act in accordance with applicable law.

11. Your Rights and Data Deletion

As provided by law, you may request inquiries, access, copies, supplementation, or correction of your personal data. You may also request that collection, processing, or use stop, or that data be deleted.

Please email [email protected] with your request and information that can identify your account. To protect data security, we may ask you to complete necessary identity verification. Do not provide passwords or sensitive information unrelated to your request.

We will handle and respond to requests in accordance with applicable law. If data must be retained by law, is needed for unresolved disputes, or is necessary to protect others' rights, we will explain why and to what extent it cannot be deleted immediately or in full.

Deleting your account may prevent continued use of related services. It does not automatically delete local data, personal cloud backups, or copies saved by other users.

You may choose not to provide data or to withdraw authorization. If the data is required for a particular feature, that feature may be unavailable.

12. Policy Updates and Contact

When we update this policy, we will publish the new version and indicate its update date. We will provide appropriate notice of changes affecting important data purposes, recipients, or users' rights. If renewed consent is required by law, we will request it separately.
